2010: China begins an Internet clean-up campaign with the slogan: "If you stop beating someone for 3 days, he/she may get on the roof and remove tiles." (Note: 三天不打，上房揭瓦 is a Chinese saying. When applied to children, the notion is that you beat your child in order to make him/her behave (as in respecting authority, maintaining discipline and being a good citizen) and, conversely, if you don't beat your child, he/she will misbehave. It also applies to wife-beating.)
2010: The relevant department expands the list of banned terms. The Chinese word for "file" (which has the same sound as Party) and the English letter "D" disappear in mainland China. Dangdang was changed to Angang, while Douban became Ouban.
2010 June: The government inaugurates the "Protect the Children" campaign. Children's Day is elevated to the same status as National Day. It is also announced that all information that is unfavorable to the healthy development of children and adolescents will be strictly prohibited. At the same time, the Shanghai World Expo introduces the slogan "World Expo, World Expo, catch ten thousand adulterous couples in bed" in order to conduct online and offline anti-pornography (anti-"yellow") campaigns simultaneously. The government makes it clear that anything and everything connected to pornography shall be censored because they stand for obscenity and feudalism. 2010: All Internet forum masters are formally given public service worker status.
2010: The government introduces a brand new Internet Great Wall. This Great Wall system is based upon the collective wisdom of innumerable of experts from all walks of life in China. They work together at a military base. The satellite photos of their work site was misinterpreted by people inside and outside of China as those of an aircraft carrier under construction.
2011 January: The government allocates 100 billion yuan to hire Internet commentators from its next round of economic stimulation package. The pay for Internet commentators rises from 50 cents per post to 1 yuan per post. The target for 2011 is to have 100 billion positive posts. The Fifty-cent Gang members at the various forums weep in gratitude because their long, arduous work over the years has finally allowed them to join the big team. From there on, the ratio of Internet commentators versus normal people is about 50:50 at the large Internet forums.
2011: Google, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter announce that they are re-entering China and opening up registration. At the same time, the aforementioned websites announce from the United States that they are not developing any businesses in China. But their announcements are instantly censored, so that nobody in China knows.

2012: Elementary school students denounce Sina.com for having an erect nipple. Sina.com is shut down for re-organization.

All updates are synchronized to the People's Daily. In the same year, the Internet industry disappears in China. This causes 5 million people in the Internet-related industry to lose their jobs either directly or indirectly. The disappearance of e-mail means that the previously closed but now revived Postal Office hires 100,000 of them. But 4.9 million people still have no jobs. At the same time, almost 1 million Fifty-cent Gang members lose their jobs. The Fifty-cent Gang members complain that they worked like dogs for their whole lives but now they don't even get pensions.
2016: The People's Daily writes: One industry was sacrificed in return for the stability of the nation, but it was worthwhile.

The spokesperson for the Fifty-cent Gang members say that they were underground agents who had done great work to secure national stability.
The government gives the Fifty-cent gang members three days to leave Beijing or face arrest. People's Daily writes that if one praises the government, one should not apply pressure on the government. Praising the government cannot be a condition for obtaining money. Praises should be uncompensated.
2016: The Fifty-cent Gang members continue their hunger strike. The citizens say that they fully support the hunger strike by the Fifty-cent Gang members. They also do not provide any food to hunger strikers and they block off all possible channels that can bring food in. Thus, they make sure that the Fifty-cent Gang members will stick to their hunger strike.
The next day, Minister of Culture Yu Qiuyu visits the scene of the hunger strike and reads the "Tearful advice to the Fifty-cent Gang." The Fifty-cent Gang members say that Minister Yu's speech is too profound for them to understand.

Das Jahr 2010: China beginnt eine Internet-Säuberungskampagne mit dem Slogan: „Wen man drei Tage lang nicht haut, der steigt einem aufs Dach.“ (Chinesisches Sprichwort für unartige Kinder. Anmerkung der Redaktion.)Juni 2010: Die Regierung startet die Kampagne „Schützt die Kinder“. Kommentarschreiber einstellen
Januar 2011: Die Regierung stellt in ihrem jüngsten Konjunkturpaket 100 Milliarden Yuan bereit, um Kommentarschreiber für Internetforen einzustellen. Das Planziel für 2011 beträgt 100 Milliarden positive Kommentare. In großen Internetforen erreicht das Verhältnis von professionellen Kommentarschreibern und normalen Benutzern 50:50.
2011: Es erscheinen Ankündigungen von Google, Youtube, Facebook und Twitter, dass sie nach China zurückkehren und Benutzer zur Registrierung eingeladen sind. Die Mutterkonzerne in den USA dementieren das, doch ihre Erklärungen werden sofort zensiert. Benutzer, die sich bei den genannten Webseiten registrieren, werden vom Große-Mauer-System erkannt und ihre Computer neu installiert. Der Preis für Computer steigt um hundert Prozent. Rechner werden zum Spekulationsgut. Wer einen neuen Computer kauft, kann nur noch die zuvor genannten Webseiten öffnen.
Zweite Phase
In der zweiten Phase der Internetsäuberung werden alle Suchmaschinen gesperrt. In großen Portalen und Zeitungen erscheinen Artikel mit Überschriften wie „Suchen hat uns faul gemacht“ oder „Internetsuchen führen bei Grundschülern zu schweren Beeinträchtigungen der Gehirnaktivität“ usw. Die Parteiführung erklärt: „Wir benutzen nie Suchmaschinen. Die heutige Situation zeigt eindeutig, dass Internetsuchdienste hundert Nachteile und keine Vorteile haben.“
2012: Sina.com (Chinas größtes Internetportal, auf dem auch Han Hans Blog erscheint. A.d.R.) berichtet, dass ein Dorfkader Bestechungsgeld in Höhe von 500 Yuan kassiert hat. Die Nachricht wird in China zur meistgelesenen Nachrichtengeschichte des Jahres 2012, mit über 500 Millionen Seitenaufrufen. Viele Menschen lesen sie mehrfach und halten dies für einen neuen Höhepunkt der Kontrolle des Staats durch die Medien. Trotzdem geben in einer Internetumfrage 90 Prozent an, der Artikel hätte nie erscheinen dürfen, weil er die soziale Stabilität gefährde und zu ethnischen Unruhen führen könne.
Schriftstellerverband übernimmt das Internet
2013: Internetforen akzeptieren keine Kommentare mehr. Der Chinesische Schriftstellerverband übernimmt das Internet und liefert künftig alle Inhalte. Das Internet wird von Web 3.0 auf Web 0.3 zurückgesetzt.
2015: Die Regierung schaltet das Internet vollständig ab und führt einen zentralen Onlinecomputer ein. Computer haben keine Tastatur mehr, sondern nur noch eine Maus.
2016: Die Zahl der chinesischen Internetbenutzer fällt unter eine Million (Heute: 380 Millionen. A.d.R.). Alle Webseiten werden zu einer einzigen zusammengelegt und Nachrichten mit der Volkszeitung synchronisiert. Im gleichen Jahr verschwindet in China die Internetindustrie. Fünf Millionen Menschen verlieren ihren Job. Da es keine Emails mehr gibt, finden 100.000 neue Anstellungen in den wiederbelebten Postämtern. Die Volkszeitung schreibt: „Eine Industrie wurde geopfert für die Stabilität der Nation. Es hat sich gelohnt.“
Nation vom Zerfall bedroht
Die Hauptnachrichtensendung berichtet, dass die Nation vom Zerfall bedroht gewesen wäre, hätte man das Internet weiterbetrieben. Die anti-chinesischen Kräfte aus dem Ausland und Separatisten aus dem Inland hätten das Internet benutzt, um die Massen aufzuhetzen. Glücklicherweise ergriffen die zuständigen Behörden harte Maßnahmen und verhinderten eine Verschlechterung der Situation.
2017: Die Arbeitslosenzahlen steigen dramatisch an. Der Zusammenbruch der Internetindustrie hat zu einer schweren Rezession geführt. Die Regierung erklärt, Produktionsbetriebe seien künftig wieder das Rückgrat der Nation. China will alle natürlichen Ressourcen einsetzen, um billig exportieren zu können.
Resolution der Vereinten Nationen
Feindliche anti-chinesische Kräfte aus dem Ausland verbünden sich und verabschieden in den Vereinten Nationen eine Resolution, die den Import chinesischer Waren weltweit verbietet. Damit protestieren sie gegen die Schließung des Internets in China. Die Regierung reagiert empört und bezeichnet die Verwaltung des Internets als interne Angelegenheit, in die sich kein anderes Land einmischen dürfe. Die anderen Länder erwidern, dass es andersherum auch ihre interne Angelegenheit sei, den Import chinesischer Waren zu verbieten.
2019: Militärparade zum 70. Jahrestag der Gründung der Volksrepublik. Die Regierung erklärt, die Landesgrenzen würden geschlossen, ums sich auf die Selbststärkung zu konzentrieren. Die reaktionären Kräfte sollen vor Angst zittern. China veröffentlicht eine Nachricht an den Rest der Welt: „ Wen man drei Tage lang nicht haut, der steigt einem aufs Dach.“

The news this past week that Google would cease the censorship of its search results in China, and could well be forced to entirely halt operations in the country as a result, is quite simply one of the most interesting stories to come along in the tech sphere in a long time. The reality is that it’s not just a tech story; it spills into the world of international politics and beyond. And it could have wide-reaching ramifications far into the future. Did I mention there was hacking involved and potential espionage?

There are just so many angles to this story, and nearly everyone seems to have an opinion. Two of those we covered earlier in the week included Sarah’s take that Google’s actions were more about business (or a lack thereof) for the company in China. Paul, meanwhile, was quick to dampen the cheers from Silicon Valley that Google was doing the right thing, arguing they’re four years too late for this new stance to have any moral weight. Mike followed this up with a comment on the post, “The problem with un-censoring now is that it further reinforces that the decision was the wrong one from the beginning, and that they knew full well it was wrong even when they made it.” All of that rings true. But I disagree.

My position is a simple one that is twofold: it’s never too late to do the right thing. And it’s never wrong to do the right thing.

The people hooting and hollering immediately following Google’s post on the matter may have been being a bit naive about some of the causes behind this move, but that doesn’t make their immediate reaction that this is great news, any less true. Should Google have made concessions to China four years ago, veering off from their “don’t be evil” philosophy? No. But that’s easy to say when you’re not trying to run a company that grew from a project in a garage to a multi-billion dollar business with users all over the world and public shareholders looking at the bottom line.

Many accounts have Google’s initial China decision boiling down to CEO Eric Schmidt convincing co-founder Sergey Brin that it was the right thing to do for the business. Further, there was apparently talk that with a foothold in China, Google would be in a better position to change things from the outside in. That argument, along with point 8 in Google’s “Ten Things Philosophy” (The need for information crosses all borders), may have convinced him to cede points one (Focus on the user and all else will follow.), four (Democracy on the web works.), and six (You can make money without doing evil.) Without making the filtering concessions, Google simply would have never have been allowed to operate in China.

Obviously, the outside in approach to changing things didn’t work as well as Google may have hoped, but it may not have been a total disaster either. After all, while Google may not have had a strong foothold in the Chinese search market from an overall perspective, indications are that they did have a very solid hold of the better educated, young elite class in China. Those are the same users that are likely to one day be running some of the most powerful technology companies in the country. And they’re apparently not happy about the prospect of losing the ability to use Google. Are they going to overthrown the Communist government? Not likely. But they could add significant pressure in the push to open things up more.

The sad fact of the matter is that while Google may have wrongly bent to China, so too have many companies in the past. And those companies are still doing it. And many more will in the future. Google no longer is, and assuming they stick to their word, no longer will. Again, no matter the reason, and no matter the timing, that means something.

And it especially means something coming from a company as big and as powerful as Google. Rival Yahoo has already come out in support of Google’s new stance, and that’s despite their substantial ownership in the large Chinese Internet company Alibaba (which criticized Yahoo’s praise of Google). And so has no less than the White House. It’d be nice to see Microsoft come out in support as well (especially since their software is apparently to blame for the hacking), but they’re not doing that. But thanks to Google’s new stance on the matter, they’ll be criticized for it more than they would have been in the past. Google’s position may not hold the moral high ground, but it is shaking things up, and that matters more.

Also, I don’t care who you are or what your current market share is, it takes balls to walk away from China’s 1.3 billion potential customers and fast-moving economy.

With technology, and the Internet in particular, becoming more integral in all of our daily lives, this entire situation could be just a sliver of what’s to come. One blog post from one Internet company has ignited a debate that’s really one we should have never stopped having. And it’s now being played out in a type of information warfare ranging from China all the way to the White House (think it’s any coincidence that China restored text messaging service in Xinjiang today after some six months of blackouts).

Google did the right thing. And as long as they keep doing the right thing, the “why” will continue to matter less. And hopefully it will send the more important message to other companies: it’s never too late to do the right thing.

全球最大的搜索引擎公司谷歌公司撤出中国的决定似乎已成定局，有消息透露，谷歌在中国的全体员工昨天召开大会，公司领导人明确表示同中国政府的谈判失败，宣布正式解散，并且提出对中国公司员工的处理方式。虽然中国商务部和北京市商委昨天都声称还没有收到谷歌撤出中国投资的报告。但是，鉴于谷歌同中国之间的商业冲突正在演变成为中国同美国之间的外交事件，外界推测谷歌看来已经骑虎难下，几乎没有任何后退的余地。
那么，谷歌退出中国将会对谷歌在全球的经济利益产生何种影响？谷歌此举具有何种象征性的意义？是否是西方对中国去年由于经济上步步高升而日益显示的强硬姿态的一种回应？
首先，谷歌退出中国，失去中国这一巨大的商业市场，人们首先想到的是这必将对谷歌产生重大的商业影响。然而，近日西方媒体的评论中却不乏与之相反的观点。首先，众所周知，谷歌在中国的搜索业务仅占该市场的百分之三十，远远落后于中国的搜索网站百度。而谷歌在中国的业务仅占谷歌在全球业务的百分之一点四，2008年，谷歌在全球的营业额高达220亿美元，其中来自中国市场的营业额仅为三亿美元。因此，正如美国政府资讯技术产业资讯公司政策部主任乔治·欧所说，从短期来看，谷歌退出中国市场并不会产生重大的影响。

Just as Mongol invaders could not be stopped by the Great Wall, Chinese citizens have found ways to circumvent the sophisticated Internet censorship systems designed to restrict them.
They are using a variety of tools to evade government filters and to reach the wide-open Web that the Chinese government deems dangerous — sites like YouTube, Facebook and, if Google makes good on its threat to withdraw from China, Google.cn.
It’s difficult to say precisely how many people in China engage in acts of digital disobedience. But college students in China and activists around the world say the number has been growing ever since the government stepped up efforts to “cleanse” the Web during the Beijing Olympics and the Communist regime’s 60th anniversary last year.
As part of that purge, the Chinese government shut down access to pornography sites, blogs, online video sites, Facebook, Twitter and more.
While only a small percentage of Chinese use these tools to sidestep government filters, the ease with which they can do it illustrates the difficulty any government faces in enforcing the type of strict censorship that was possible only a few years ago.
Jason Ng, a Chinese engineering school graduate who will say only that he works in the media business, wakes every day at 8:30 a.m., and then begins his virtual travels through an open, global network by fanqiang, or “scaling the wall.” He connects to an overseas computer with a link, called a proxy server, that he set up himself. It costs 15 renminbi, or around $2, a month to share with about two dozen other friends.
Mr. Ng then works on his blog and checks the news on Google Reader and Twitter to “officially start my day of information.” Chinese citizens engaged in such practices say the government rarely cracks down on them individually, preferring instead to go after prominent dissidents who publish information about forbidden topics online.
As a result, college students, human rights activists, bloggers, journalists and even multinational corporations in China are rushing to use tools that go over or around barriers set up by Chinese regulators, in part because they feel it is the only way to participate in a global online community.
Isaac Mao, a well-known blogger and activist in China, says the number of people seeking access to blocked sites has grown as more and more popular Web sites have been shut down by Beijing.
These digital dissidents have begun to organize small conferences and networks to share information and tricks about how to get access to banned material. “People start to hold a grudge against the government for depriving them of access to the Web sites they regularly visit,” Mr. Mao says.
But as the government has expanded its control over Internet, it has also intensified efforts to close some of the channels being used to evade the online blockade. The result has been a technological game of cat and mouse between the Chinese government and a global contingent fighting for online freedoms.
AnchorFree, a start-up based in Sunnyvale, Calif., has built a profitable business by providing free, advertising-supported software called Hotspot Shield that tunnels about 7.5 million people around the world into the Internet by encrypting Internet users’ data and cloaking their identities.
But last summer, the Chinese government blocked AnchorFree’s Web site so that Chinese citizens could no longer download the software. Almost immediately, its users began e-mailing their own copies of the program to friends and posting links to other sites that hosted it. The program’s use in China has doubled since then, said David Gorodyansky, AnchorFree’s founder.
Other censorship-evading tools have been created by nonprofit companies trying to combat authoritarian governments and by former Chinese citizens who, in many cases, want to help fellow members of persecuted minority groups still in the country.
Several such tools were created by a group called G.I.F., or Global Internet Freedom. It was founded in 1999 by members of the Falun Gong sect living in the United States as a way to get unfettered information about their practice into the country by e-mail. About a million people in China now use the service, which is maintained by about 50 volunteers around the world.
Users must download the G.I.F. programs and then every time they use servers, find the Internet Protocol addresses, or online coordinates, of servers around the world. G.I.F. volunteers try to distribute these coordinates through a multitude of channels, like instant-messaging services.

David Tian, a NASA engineer in Maryland who says he works harder at night on G.I.F. than he does during the day on weather satellites, says that officials from the Chinese government have begun posing as G.I.F. users, so they can intercept those I.P. addresses and block them. In turn, G.I.F. volunteers now work to identify these government officials and track them, so they can keep the information out of their hands.

An even bigger challenge, Mr. Tian said, is keeping up with the rapidly growing demand for the service from countries like China and Iran. “The bottleneck is not their firewall, it’s our capacity,” he said. “We have to limit bandwidth to what we can afford, so when there are a lot of users, some have to wait.”
Many of these organizations are hoping the United States government will help out with money. Since the 2008 budget year, Congress has appropriated nearly $50 million for tools that encourage “Internet freedom,” though only a small portion of that money has yet been handed out.
One problem, says Michael J. Horowitz, a fellow at the Hudson Institute, a conservative policy research group, is that that the federal government appears reluctant to pay for efforts associated with groups that alienate the Chinese government.
“Many of these guys are Falun Gong practitioners and the State Department doesn’t want to aggravate China,” he said. “China goes more nuclear at the mention of Falun Gong than any other two words in the whole dictionary.”
Despite these bureaucratic battles, people on the side of greater Internet freedoms in the continuing fight against Big Brother say the battlefield is inherently tilted in their favor.
“The architecture of the Internet makes our work easier,” said Bill Xia, a programmer based in North Carolina whose software tools, including DynaWeb and FreeGate, are used by hundreds of thousands of people in China every day to access forbidden sites. “The starting point of the Internet is open networks. Everybody can publish and receive data, and unless they want to shut down the whole Internet, we have the advantage.”

For Google Inc. users in China, the big question isn't whether the Internet giant retreats from China, but if Beijing retaliates by blocking Google's international search site.

If Beijing decides to put the site on the other side of the 'Great Firewall,' as the country's system of Internet controls is informally known, college student Shi Yuchen has a workaround already planned. She'll simply fanqiang, or 'scale the wall.'

'No matter what, I will continue to use [Google] by applying some 'scaling the wall' tools,' Ms. Shi says.

To help people like Ms. Shi, a small but influential number of tech-savvy Chinese have been schooling their fellow citizens on how to gain access to blocked sites.

A search for the term fanqiang on Google or Baidu Inc., China's largest search engine, turns up dozens of Web sites with instructions on how to get around the country's Internet restrictions.

At a Chinese blogger conference held in the mountains of southern Guangdong province in November, Zhou Shuguang, a well-known blogger and citizen journalist, gave a presentation on 10 ways that Chinese Internet users can access Twitter, which has been blocked in China since mid-2009.

Although it is impossible to obtain concrete figures, a steadily rising number of China's 338 million Internet users already use proxies, virtual private networks (VPNs) and other workarounds.

VPNs and proxies allow a computer to access the Internet through a remote server. If the server is located outside of China, then it won't be subject to China's Internet controls. VPNs are encrypted and considered more secure than proxies.

'The more China blocks people, the more savvy people are going to get,' says Thomas Crampton, Asia-Pacific director of digital influence at Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide.

Google's warning that it may leave China has left Internet users wondering what will happen to their Gmail accounts. But it could also encourage more Internet users to 'scale the wall.'

Google has said that it plans to stop censoring search results on its Chinese search engine Google.cn and that it will negotiate with Chinese authorities to find a way to offer unfiltered search results while remaining in accordance with Chinese law.

Analysts say it is unlikely the government will agree to allow an uncensored Google.cn to operate in China, and that Google will have to shut its business in China. In theory, Chinese Internet users could still use the U.S.-based Google.com site, which doesn't filter its search results, though users aren't able to access links to content that is blocked in China.

hi there im back on my blog again.
just a moment ago i jad a conversation with somebody. thats all the reason i wanna say something here.

b4 going to university, i got many suggestions from the Internet. as the college entrance examination is the biggest exam in China which almost decides a chinese person's life. students must suffered a lot during their high school time so that they can go to a better college, as parents think, their future will be better too.
unfortunately i did not well in the exam, thus ive got to study much harder than others. i know after graduation it's not a good thing to use money from my parents.
okay lets back to the "suggestions". university students think that the college is the last heaven in their life. besides studying we should do much other things. like part-time job, or the love?
i actually dont wanna talk about this thing. i know what i know. somebody has told me many times that i shouldnt think about this things, just study hard. but i think we cannot avoid this prob. excuse me for my poor english -_-
im currently listening to the music "Say I love u" song by Jolin.
i heard someone whispering that over 20 couples got married in the biggest park of our city. hmm nice. last night one of my roommates went out for hot watter with his girlfriend. on their way back they saw one guy lighting candles which made a heart-shape on the ground in front of the girl's dorm buildings gate, surrounded with many students. before long a girl ran out. seeing the candles, she cried. what a sweet thing! i wish that their happiness and love will last 4ever.
do u think it's crazy? girls are so touched by these kind of things. will i do it for my future girlfriend? i wondered. anyway currently my answer is nope. i dont know how to describe it.
should the boy's family is that rich, he may have a happy life without struggling too much, and have the enough money for his wife and himself. i dont think it will last long. what if some day hes not in love with u and lights candles for another woman? i think many boys find a girlfriend for...fun? thats not a good word, umm in dont know, but as far as i know, some girls treat it the forever love. sighed..whatever, i think finding a _friend who lives in the same city with u is the perfection. at least their time will last longer. and the old said, a house, a good job, an enough salary, without any complaints. maybe we've not experienced something that will affect our way of life, maybe..
anyway, they're in happiness, for now. i think it's better for them to have a guy to dream all day long. ive no rights to interrupt them. as ive alrdy mentioned, ive got many things that i should do.
look back, type in english i feel nothing to say. if in chinese, my brain will be full. english is another lifestyle. i wanna handle it well.

i did something wrong.

im so sorry that this is my first english post.

on friday somebody invited me to do, okay i wouldnt say it, do something. im so happy that i got invited. but due to my study ive already got something that i have to do. so i redused.

today i read a post written by one of my friends about the thing happened last night, it's that thing. i shouldve been there, but i havent.

last night was a crazy night. okay surrounded with so many girls i wouldnt behave normally. just now i found the person who invited me online, so i talked to her.

she seemed a little bit angry about the way i spoke to her. sorry im too casual- - after i told her about the thing, she seemed fine. soon i realized that im the 7-11. my mouth is too "big". i shouldnt tell anyone.

i hoped i will get punished, which will get me feel better.

oh no, dont punish me at the exam CET6. i do wanna pass it, whatever the mark is. my english teacher ORDERED me to get a high mark so that il be proud of myself, so will she, my department and my school.

thats all. il get to get my feet in the warm water. haha i dont know how to say that in english correctly...

大陆近来大动作整顿BT影视下载索引网站，其中又以P2P（点对点传输）的龙头老大
BT@CHINA（btchina.net）无预警关站。此外，大陆当局更宣布最新法律，表示建立BT伺
服器用来散播网路盗版将负刑事责任，显示官方重视智慧财产权的决心。
据媒体报导，4日下午起，陆续有网友发现BT@CHINA无法正常显示，随后开始有创办人黄
希威被拘捕的传言；5日网站出现没有任何标点符号的留言，「BTCHINA 接广电通知因
无视听许可证所以工信部删除备案号关站…」清楚表明，BT@CHINA因没有获取广电
总局颁发的《资讯网路传播视听节目许可证》(AVSP)导致关站。
其实，早在之前，龙漫、凯神、西摩等BT联盟都已遭到关闭，不少下载网站也纷纷转型，
像是封锁下载链结、不转播任何视听节目，甚至变更域名。一家名为天天的BT更在首页公
告『本站已取消全部下载链结，没有任何点播、线上播放、下载功能，不传播任何视听节
目。』强调目前只提供评分功能，但新版下载网站也在筹备中。
由于台湾的非法下载大多倚赖大陆网站，大陆广电总局今年来已经展开好几波整顿计画，
而且每次的限制皆不断提升；一名BT网站创始人表示，在严厉打击视频盗版的监管下，网
站生存与否已变成最重要的问题，流量不在重要考虑之内，除非有足够的资金进行商业化
，否则个人网站性质的BT下载几乎已被堵死。

Dec.6th，静下心来再写点什么吧，最近好像写日记的时间变长了。

以前小学的时候，我很不喜欢写日记的，那时候老师逼我们写，写出来的都是臭屁

为啥现在这么要写了？这样可以记录现在生活的点点滴滴

某人说过：It is really hard to keep a diary every day.

真的如此，每天都要挤出一点时间去做一些事情，总是那么困难办到

初中的时候，老师要求每人每天背英语课文

好像我是英语课代表，哈哈，每天搞腐败，都不背的

忽然记起来那些个晚上每天坐到床上之后偷偷摸摸看哈利波特小说，现在回头看看，那么厚一本本的，我是不可能看完的，呵呵，那时候是每天看一点的，每天提心吊胆地，怕被妈妈发现

后来我知道，她其实一早就发现了，不过没说我

高中的时候，英语老师要求我们每天读课文20min左右，很明显我总是偷懒，而第二天又抽背，我老背不出，很尴尬很丢脸

新概念英语，的确是几十年经典的英语教材，老师要求我们每篇都背熟的，我又没坐到

当时一直郁闷，学英语，背书啥用？课文是死的，交流的时候是活的，这跟当时我背那些语文的名词名句一样，很痛苦

顺便鄙视一下生物，我永远也不要去学这个，夏老师，对不起了，经常麻烦你，但我的确不是这块料

大学的生活超级自由，呵呵我妹妹现在应该很向往我们的生活

大一的时候没电脑，经常看书是被逼的也是肯定的，之后电脑拿来了，情况绝对不一样的

下课之后回到寝室就打开电脑，这是再自然不过的动作，上课了、吃饭了，才依依不舍

高中老师说，高考完了，一切都解放了，解放个屁

大学里面依旧有考试，要学习，要完成一定的任务，怎么说也是学校呀

忽然想到两个节日：感恩节、圣诞节

他们都是西方的节日，我相信如果生活在一个封闭的社会里，我是绝对不可能知道这些东西的

感恩节，课本上没教，他是什么？如果没电脑的话，根本不可能知道是啥

回头有电脑了，也不可能特地去查一下对吧，呵呵

某人上课的时候教给我们它的历史：很久很久以前，欧洲那边的人移民去美洲，那时候好像是淘金热？一条船坐了几百人，但是在美洲那边发生了一种疾病，好多人挂了，到最后都没有食物吃，当地的土著居民就抓火鸡（turkey）给他们吃，火鸡块头大，肉多，又笨笨的容易被抓，呵呵，欧洲人很感谢，于是这个节日就这么来了…我好像解释了跟没解释一样…维基百科的链接在这里，鄙视百度百科：http://zh.wikipedia.org/wiki/%E6%84%9F%E6%81%A9%E8%8A%82

听了这些解释，其实我是没有一点触动的。

今天早上的课，被某人问到为啥我英语这么好时（不怎么样），我忽然记起来我的英语是从小学一年级的时候开始学的，那时候啥都不懂，觉得用另外一种大人理解不了的奇怪的发音来表达一种事物觉得很有趣，当时的发音也就不用说啦，一节45分钟的课也就学会了一句“好丢丢”（how do u do）

我学的是双语班，猛然记起小学时候这个班一个年级只有一个班的，好像要另外多交钱，多上课，别人早早地放学了，我们却还有英语课、英语作业，特别痛苦

我很感谢我的妈妈，当时我爸爸有点反对把我送进这么好的学校学习的，那所小学似乎名声不错，进去的时候还要多交一大笔学校建设赞助费的，我忽然可以感受到当时我妈妈付钱的时候的心情，她没接受过很好的教育，她希望把我培养成一个有用的人。那一大笔钱，在当时也是很不容易的，我可以猜测出当时我妈妈交钱的时候手在抖，那个交钱的决心，会跟我爸爸吵架什么的，哎

钱没白交，提早这么久学英语，效果还是有的，我也不能让他们的努力白费是不是？我要学会感恩。忽然我被触动到了，这就是感恩节的真正意义？我不知道，我认为是这样的。感恩节早就过去了，但这并不重要，我得学会报恩。好像有个电影叫做是《猫的报恩》？呵呵，不开玩笑了。怎么报恩呢？高中的时候就有同班同学去做什么兼职，赚点外快，我记得当时好像被我们英语老师还是班主任狠狠地训了一顿：最好的报恩就是好好念书，将来自然有大钱可以进来。与其现在做点小事赚点小钱，不如好好念书，提升自我价值（忽然想到高中政治课商品的价值与使用价值），自我价值上去了，别人付给你的薪水也就上去了，对。早上想到这个的时候心里有些触动，眼眶有点湿，妈妈把我送来上大学也不容易，这可不是送我来玩耍的，距离变远了，电话基本上也就是一礼拜一次吧，她把我的未来都交付给我自己了，我自己得看清我的道路，正确地走下去。回过神来，一道题讲完了，上课时候走神了，我晕

美國在感恩節後，不少聖誕樹早在聖誕節前數星期已被擺設。圣诞节也是西方的节日，流入我们这批学生中间的原因？我想想也就是写写圣诞卡片，寄给谁最美好的祝福吧。圣诞节不能没有雪，大雪纷飞的场景，一望无际的白色，给我们的眼睛一股视觉冲击（好吧我文采不是很好）。雪花，白色，纯净，纯洁。在历史上的那一天，好像是耶稣出生的日子？还是前一天平安夜？whatever, anyway，历史已经过去了。现在的西方孩子们，圣诞节早上起来做的第一件事就是去圣诞树下拆礼物吧，那些大大小小的礼盒。嗯，这些都是那些电影上所展示的，美国那边的贫富悬殊，我不知道穷人家的孩子是怎样的，充其量也就差不多像中国的纯洁吧，一家人能团聚，紧挨着取暖，热乎乎地吃一顿饭，那都是最美好的。忽然想起卖火柴的小女孩，哎，不知道是不是在平安夜发生的。嗯，平安夜，一片祥和的气息，我决定了要给妈妈打个电话，问候一下。当儿子应该做的吧，呵呵。

想想以前的圣诞节我是怎么过的？好像没啥印象的，哦对了，有一年，是初二还是什么时候，那阵子在我家附近的一条比较热闹的小街上开了一家书店，那个时候好像刚刚哈利波特第五本小说出来的时候吧，我跟那个书店老板比较熟。圣诞节快到了，他也进了一批圣诞贺卡、圣诞帽子，呵呵，当然是趁火打劫狠狠赚一把了，但是别的店主也不是那么笨的，大伙都在抢生意。

那天好像是12月25号，我们中国学生是没有圣诞节过的，那时候我们仍处于高压的学习环境下，任务就是学习学习。早上一大早来到教室，我的座位，呵呵我的抽屉里塞了好多圣诞卡片，呵呵也有来自某人的哦，那张卡片我至今都留着。顿时我觉得欠了点什么，下午一放学也去买了一堆，第二天挨个送回去，现在想想有点傻呀，呵呵，都过去了

送圣诞卡片的事情好像我记忆中只有一次，你看，大一不也是什么都没发生么

最近越来越意识到时间短得特别快，很多事情都在前方向我招手了。

前不久在某人的空间里看到一篇文章，写的大概是这个人大三了，忽然有所感慨。室友们跟往常一样在寝室里打游戏，厮杀着。QQ那头的女生们照样玩着QQ游戏、看看电影韩剧什么的，而这个作者却走到走廊上。大学四年，是我们学生时代最后的美好时光，但也是步入社会之前的最后那四年。大学毕业了，你能干什么呢？下面转帖一下前不久看到的text：

对了忘了一件事，昨晚某人传给我的雪花程序，呵呵，收到了，营造的那种温馨的气氛很美。不过我还是泼了冷水：收到之后第一个念头就是查验文件头…是用什么语言写的，EP section是否异常。。呵呵，现在不得不防，人与人之间的距离也越来越远了，顺其自然吧，但是我必须清楚我在做什么

小研究了下，这个东东未加壳，我可以更换雪花的样式、还有背景音乐，换成什么呢？冰激凌？糖果？算了吧，我没空，就这样雪花飘飘蛮好的，一直飘，一直飘，好冷，但我不冷…

最近依然很忙，前天妈妈电话打来了，本来我还记着问候的，一接起电话就忘光了，哎

过了几天，更糟糕的来了，花了多倍时间几个小时的重做的东西，还不如上一个做得好，我在捣鼓什么呀哎呀

接上手机，将手机中的近几个月的图片都移动到电脑上，短信也导出了，手机空白了，轻松了

回头看看过去的将尽1000条短信，的确是记载着很多日志记载不了的事情，比如…哎不说了

得抽个时间整理一下短信库，上回2000多条了，现在加上去就3000多了吧？写个程序管理一下？没空呀。。哎

那个故事告诉我们什么？没有电脑，生活也可以一样精彩。

今天又不得不来写点什么

这两天值得record的事情实在太多了

好吧先说昨天漏下的，经某人的提醒，对，我帮其弄了电脑，得到了一袋桔子，哈哈，第一次有人贿赂我，哦不是第一次，上回某人还为我泡豆腐花跟泡面来着

某人终于如愿以偿买了奥特曼玩具，在向我炫耀，嘿嘿

最近一对对合的好多，分的也好多，我不发表观点

好吧，今天，早晨惯例6点半准时伸手出去关闹铃，继续睡大头觉

7点多，大伙都走得洗漱地差不多了，我才从床上坐起来

惯例，我还是七点半下床，洗漱什么的，哎呀四级过了真悠闲

早饭依旧是面包房的香肠汉堡，某人说我这么有钱吃这么好的

哪里好了。。？一根香肠+两片面包+一个蛋，分开来买，好个球呀

早上的数据结构课是上机，弄那些个什么程序的，由于外网是打开着的，所以n多人在干不相干的事情，我不管，我管好自己即可

坐在我右边的某人弄好之后就弄Java了，我要努力

下课回寝室换裤子，拿轮滑鞋，某三个人是回去寝室使劲的- -

今天轮滑课的场地换到了体育学院的门厅，地面很光滑的，跟上学期一样，就是照着圈溜达

老师也没啥指示，我们都坐在旁边休息

某人跟我在闲聊，说的也是学习上的事情吧，我注意到她嘴角好像怎么了

知道了何时开始期末考，觉得这日子是一天天短了

去食堂吃晚饭的路上，出寝室大楼的时候，看见一只大花猫在捣鼓垃圾桶找食物。为了生存，勇敢地找下去。

晚上的竞选入党什么的我没去演讲，那个我也不想咋地，能进最好，目的大伙都清楚

晚上回到寝室，跟学姐聊了一会儿那个事情的事情，具体的就不说了，心里有些，怎么说呢，又看看今年的录取情况，心里又有些。。我找不到形容词。

学姐下了，我打开跑跑卡丁车想去飘移几把，碰巧游戏公司搞个什么圣诞活动，收集五只袜子打开夺金游乐场

能不能不要搞活动？我只想普普通通地飘移。

晚上开车状态不错，一直都是第一名第二名的，我知道我心里有东西要释放出来

末了，关了游戏，找到某人，当即提出要视频，我要唱歌发泄一下，哈哈她说我疯了，我是有点。。

寝室里在烧热水，好吧我自己去泡一杯豆腐花，又咬了根火腿肠（肉真多呀，真好吃）

豆腐花没有上回那个谁泡给我的好喝，哎，果然我不适合干这个

再喝一口豆腐花，暖到心里。

　　奥巴马总统：我认为每个国家都必须规划自己的前进方向。中国是一个文明古国，文化深远。而美国相对而言是一个年轻的国家，它的文化由来自许多不同国家的移民以及指导我国民主制度的建国纲领所形成。

　　思宁注解：“指导我国民主制度的建国纲领”作为纲领，不被新华网认可，就不翻译完整。这样，中国读者就可能不知道奥巴马说的是美国建国纲领的“一些核心的原则”，而误以为奥巴马说的只是“我有一个非常简单的向往”，只是奥巴马个人向往的“一些核心的原则”而已。“政府应当反映民意，并对人民的愿望作出回应”是敏感的说法。新华网翻译成意思含混的“政府应当反映人们的意志”，混淆了“人民”或“国民”与“人们”的概念的区别，也混淆了“意愿”或“愿望”与“意志”概念的区别；而且，删除“并对人民的愿望作出回应”，更说明了中国某些人拒绝“回应”“人民的愿望”的权力的傲慢。“司法保障应该来自法治而不是人治”则是切中中国司法时弊的警句，令某些人害怕，所以也翻译不出来，而变成与前面的论述逻辑上无法衔接的话“法律要保证这个公平”。

　　思宁注解：“普世权利”这个概念比较敏感，赶紧改成“普遍权利”，防止中国人根据奥巴马的讲话去追求“普世权利”。

　　奥巴马总统：恰恰相反，我们欢迎中国成为国际社会中一个强大、繁荣、成功的成员——一个从你们这样的每个中国人的权利、实力和创造力中获得力量的中国。
　　奥巴马：相反，我们欢迎中国作为一个国际社会的强的、繁荣的、成功的成员。
　　思宁注解：中国是讲所谓“集体人权”和“集体力量”的，所以新华网不同意奥巴马从“每个中国人的权利、实力和创造力中获得力量”的观点，把破折号后面的那句话省略了，免得“每个中国人”都醒悟起来争取“权利”，发挥“实力和创造力”。在新华网看起来，中国并不需要从“每个中国人的权利、实力和创造力中获得力量”。

　　奥巴马总统：我会交替回答现场观众的问题和学生们代为提出的来自互联网的问题，还有，我想洪博培大使可能会提一个我们通过大使馆网站征集到的问题。
　　奥巴马：我会从在座的观众中问一个问题，然后再让这些学生代表以及洪大使从网上代为提问。
　　思宁注解：含糊一点，用“网上”代替“大使馆网站”，免得中国人知道“大使馆网站”后上网对美国大使馆乱说话，毕竟美国大使馆网站不便封杀屏蔽。

　　思宁注解：除了“台湾”，还有“中国其他地区”。这太敏感了！中国人看了肯定想到也有“紧张局势”的“中国其他地区”。于是，“台湾和中国其他地区”变成了“两岸”。
　　
　　奥巴马总统：首先，我要说，我从没用过Twitter。我注意到，年轻人他们都忙着这些电子东西。我的指头在电话上打字有些不灵。但是，我对技术深信不疑，我深信信息交流的开放性。我以为，信息交流得越自由，社会就越强大，因为这样世界各国的公民可以向自己的政府问责。他们会开始独立思考，从而产生新思想，鼓励创造性。
　　奥巴马：首先让我说，我从来没有使用过TWITTER。我注意到一些年轻人，他们一直很忙，有各种各样的电子器材，很笨重。但是我还是非常相信技术的作用，非常重视开放性。在信息流动方面，我认为越是能够自由的信息流通，社会就变得越强，因为这样子，世界各地的公民能让自己的政府负责，有一个问责制度，他们自己会思考，这样会有新的想法，鼓励创造性。
　　思宁注解：“公民可以向自己的政府问责”，这个理念太危险了，不能让中国人看明白，所以改成“公民能让自己的政府负责”糊弄过去。后面加一句没有问责主体的“有一个问责制度”，中国人最好理解为上级对下级的问责，千万不要理解为“公民可以向自己的政府问责”。另外，公民“会思考”就行，不必“独立思考”。根据中国的思想上保持高度一致论，“独立”二字只能删除了。

　　奥巴马总统：我可以告诉你们，在美国，我们具有的自由的互联网——或者说上网无限制，是我们力量的一个来源，我觉得应该得到鼓励。
　　奥巴马：但是我可以告诉各位，在美国，我们有没有受限制的使用互联网的机会，这是我们力量的来源，也是应该受到鼓励的。
　　思宁注解：“自由”是新华网忌讳的字眼，所以避免用“自由”来作“互联网”的定语。于是，使用拗口的“有没有受限制”的肯定否定句式，能敷衍过去就敷衍过去。

忽然想找人视频，QQ好友列表找了一圈，没发现合适的人，不是游戏就是在看书，对于那些隐身的，碰巧看到一个同学的签名：隐身是一种人生态度…呵呵，那就不打扰了吧
忽然想打电话回家问一下妈妈身体好不好，这是我第一次有这种念头，以前像alea跟padden一样比较倾向自由主义的
家里的电脑有问题，需要我，但我一直以忙为理由推脱。事实上这阵子的确忙，上个周末倒是有点空，但我还是经不起某些人的软话，接了几台本本。我还跟某人合拆了一台本本来研究。。呵呵果然修电脑的什么事情都要精通
晚上某人在打cs，女朋友电话打来了，噢哟，他马上切换出来，嗯，我在看书！呵呵，电话那头吵着要晚上出去看书还是怎么的。呵呵，也是，有女朋友每天都有任务了。他马上解释我刚开始做CET4试卷，要做听力什么的，边说他的确在拿出试题，呵呵。糊弄了一番，那头总算相信了，也许是因为随口说的理由的原因，到头来晚上到底出不出去这个事情还是没有解决，呵呵。。照顾女朋友还是必须的，双方都不容易
晚上看到某个club的人在说一些话，有些很经典想贴上来，但是太容易想到我在暗示什么了，我就不说了
好像没啥事情漏下了的吧，我担心这篇日志一发表又被某人说我会细数- -那就少写点吧，老规矩，忘了的事本地留个文档记着，下次再补。

吃晚饭的时候，短信+电话的请假全给我了，我一开始根本不在意的，随便她们怎样，我管好我自己就行
什么烂借口，什么随便找个理由，噢哟我没人陪，噢哟我感冒发烧了，靠，不管我的事
那天晚上也真的没啥人，alea也没怎么笑过，最后还冷冰冰地记下了到场人的名字
可气的时候回去的路上竟然看到某人兴高采烈地在跟姐妹逛街，还热情地跟我打招呼，实在太差劲了，我再跟她打招呼我就没脸了
她还踢我屁股一下，我自始至终都装作不认识她，太丢脸了
本来还不怎么生气的，可这实在是太，我不生气，我没情绪，不管我的事，又不是我女朋友，关我P事，活该CET4拖着，这就是我们那Java老师说的老油条
不再提了，我不生气，我没情绪
